DETROIT – In a Pistons intrasquad game, the injured list guys probably would have been betting favorites over the players Dwane Casey wrote into the scorebook for Friday’s matchup with Memphis. Blake Griffin, Andre Drummond, Luke Kennard, Bruce Brown and Tony Snell is a lineup that surely would have required more game-planning for Memphis than the unit Casey instead employed: Thon Maker, Sekou Doumbouya and Svi Mykhailiuk up front with a backcourt of Derrick Rose and Reggie Jackson.
