London Irish v Bath Rugby Preview – Round 12

London Irish’s 30-38 reversal at Wasps on Boxing Day ended a five-game winning run in all competitions. The Exiles 43-21 victory over Newcastle in their most recent home game was their first win at Brentford Community Stadium in Premiership Rugby since beating today’s opponents, Bath,there at the end of March.
Bath Rugby’s most recent victory in any competition was 30-24 at home to Northampton in Round 22 of Gallagher Premiership Rugby last season. Excluding unplayed games, Bath’s most recent win away from home in Premiership Rugby came at Newcastle on 13 March.
Bath’s only defeat to London Irish in any competition since September 2012 was 33-36 on their most recent visit to Brentford in March.
