Blake Bortles released after Aaron Rodgers returns to Packers
Aaron Rodgers has finally ended a months-long holdout, and it’s costing one Packers player a job. With Rodgers having reported to training camp on Tuesday, the Packers are releasing veteran quarterback Blake Bortles, according to ESPN. Bortles, 29, signed a one-year deal with Green Bay in May, shortly after Rodgers was a no-show at voluntary OTAs.
